Interior Designer

  • Excellent communication, client handling, and strong technical knowledge

  • Coordinate with the sales team to pitch designs and help convert projects

  • Handle customers independently after booking (designs, details, estimation)

  • Provide clear estimates and ensure timely payment collection

  • Manage and resolve all customer escalations professionally

  • Prepare complete design documentation for production handover with the PM

Sales Associate

  • Engage clients, understand design needs, and provide suitable interior solutions.
  • Present quotations, discuss pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and handle client objections confidently.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Requires 1–3 years of sales experience (interiors/modular preferred).
  • Must have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills; knowledge of CRM/design tools is an advantage.

Project Manager

  • Manage end-to-end interior project execution from planning to handover.

  • Oversee site work, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and design teams.

  • Handle vendor management, material follow-ups, and installation activities.

  • Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports.

  • Requires Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil with 3+ years of experience.

  • Must have strong site management, material knowledge, and skills in AutoCAD & MS Office, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Senior Human Resource (Recruiter)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and maintaining trackers.

  • Manage onboarding, induction, employee records, and daily HR operations.

  • Support payroll processing, statutory compliance, and performance management.

  • Address employee queries and assist in engagement initiatives.

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin + 2–4 years HR experience.

  • Must have strong communication, multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office/HR tools.

Digital Marketing Executive

  • Execute SEO strategies, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).

  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools.

  • Coordinate with content/design teams for ads and landing pages.

  • Requires 2–3 years of experience in SEO & Google Ads with strong technical SEO skills.

  • Must have good analytical and communication skills; Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business preferred.

Multimedia Expert (Videography + Editing)

  • Shoot high-quality videos for brand campaigns, interiors, walkthroughs, and promotional content.

  • Edit videos with strong storytelling, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

  • Plan concepts, scripts, and shot lists while managing lighting, audio, and production setup.

  • Create platform-specific videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing/design team to ensure brand-consistent visuals.

  • Requires 2–3 years of experience in videography and editing with proficiency in industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci).

Production Engineer

  • Oversee end-to-end production of modular furniture and interior elements, ensuring quality and precision.

  • Coordinate with design, factory, and site teams to convert drawings into accurate production outputs.

  • Monitor manufacturing processes, material usage, and workflow to maintain efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.

  • Manage vendor coordination, BOQ verification, and inventory for smooth project execution.

  • Requires 0–3 years of experience in interior production with strong technical knowledge of materials, hardware, and modular systems.

Site Marketer

  • Engage with walk-in clients at project sites, explain interior solutions, and capture lead details.

  • Provide on-site demonstrations, material information, and basic layout guidance to potential customers.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule design consultations and follow up on warm leads.

  • Maintain daily reports of enquiries, footfall, and prospect status for the pre-sales pipeline.

  • Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and a professional on-site presence.

  • Requires 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales or customer interaction roles, preferably in interiors or real estate.
